Not a bad place. Recommended by my son’s pediatrician for his language delay. I stopped bringing my son because they charged my card $250 for a no show fee. When I called them they said “we have the right to charge your card for a full service even if the child doesn’t show” that didn’t sit right with my spirit . Sounds like they care more about revenue. Taking someone’s hard earned money when no service was rendered. I work in healthcare and have never seen a no show fee that large.! Havent been back since.

What can I say. I am beyond grateful for this place. My son Anthony, has made such a great improvement. When we started, Anthony barely spoke and was constantly making high pitched sounds. He was hard to manage. Today his speech consist of clear sentences. He communicates with understanding. He loves his all the speech therapists, Miss Julia for OT and Miss Amy for his ABA. He talks about all his friends from group. He even says, “mommy Satin said good morning Anthony.” After a giggle. If I could give you all 100 starts I would.

Communication is lacking and the waiting room experience is very overwhelming and chaotic. I spent over $300 for an evaluation and then had to spend another $75 to have the evaluation read off to me, which I didn’t understand. It was supposed to be a therapy session, but the actual therapy was 10 mins long after the majority of the time was spent reading the evaluation to me out loud. I was told I’d receive a phone call to see if we qualified for insurance coverage, but that never happened. I had to wait in person to discuss this (2-3 weeks after the initial eval). I decided to try to move forward because they came recommended by my pediatrician, so I submitted a request to have a therapist visit my son’s school and after two weeks called to check on the status only to be told that they “looked into it and didn’t have a slot available”. Every time I was told someone would call me it never happened. It’s frustrating to be over a month into this journey and still be at square one.

Brandon was a truly incredible physical therapist for us! We came in when my son was 10.5/11 months and he was only able to sit up on his own - no crawling, or any forward movement, and no pulling up. He didn’t have any physical or intellectual disabilities, he just didn’t seem interested in moving even though we knew he should have started hitting a few milestones in movement that he just hadn’t hit yet. We were starting to feel hopeless, so we asked our pediatrician for a physical therapy referral, and got connected with Janna Hacker & Associates. During our initial assessment with Brandon, he assured us that he had a week by week plan to teach our son the skills he needed, and that he was confident that he’d walk by the end of the timeline he’d created for us. We started going to PT every week, and utilized all of the knowledge Brandon taught us at each appointment and applied it every day at home with our son. It took a lot of work at home, and some weeks showed tremendous progress, and others would have a plateau. And when we came in discouraged during those weeks, Brandon would assure us that our son was still progressing, and that some stages of his process to walk either took more time than others, or required a different action for us to practice at home. Week by week, Brandon was a steady source of confidence - for our son, but for us as parents too, which was so so valuable! He is confident in his training, knowledge, and total understanding of how these littles move and grow, and he transfers that confidence to you as a parent. He listens to your concerns, and meets you and your little one exactly where you are, and builds a plan unique to you and your family. It might sound dramatic, but he really changed our lives. Our son is 16 months and is walking everywhere now, and we are just so so thankful to Brandon for all of his knowledge, kindness, and expertise. He truly loves what he does, and you will feel that the second you and your little one get started with him!

Janna Hacker & Associates is a wonderful therapy provider. My child has gone there for several therapies they offer and I cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and care each of the therapists provide me and my child. They are happy to answer any questions I have. Alyssa Johnson, the billing coordinator, has been the best in working with our insurance company and informing me of claims that have processed or not processed yet. She is always on top of what is going on and able to explain things I don’t understand when it comes to billing and insurance. I definitely recommend Janna Hacker & Associates.
