Two stars because the folks I interacted with here were kind and professional in demeanor. However, my experience here did not make me feel as if I had been helped at all. Also, I felt less motivated to seek psychiatric help elsewhere for fear of a similar experience. I paid $500 out-of-pocket up front for an evaluation with a grad student and waited several months for a follow-up appointment. There was no communication to me during that time about progress with the assessment or when the follow-up would occur even though I called to check periodically. Once my follow-up actually happened, I was sent on my way with the results (not an official diagnosis). I did not get to meet with or speak to the psychiatrist here directly, and the results packet I was sent home with is useless at any other practice. I will be paying to have an assessment done all over again elsewhere so that I can finally actually be working with someone. In short, I feel like I paid $500 to be evaluation practice for a grad student. I waited some time to post this review, but I am hoping I steer anyone looking for consistent, long-term help will see this and go elsewhere.

They do not care for you here. They will make you pay for their receptionist's mistakes and when you call it out they will ghost you for a month and tell you THE DAY OF YOUR appointment that they will no longer work with you b/c of policy…. I wonder what policy is in place for when u get sent the wrong zoom link… canceled on……. when you have been waiting and waiting for help and they put you on the back burner….. NOTHING. I've been waiting since June of 2024 for someone to keep me updated (their words) but guess who had to do the receptionist job time and time again and then get dropped because of it. Me lol. Go where ur appreciated and maybe to people that also look like you.
