This is the place to be . They stared with me a year ago, and I have fallen in love with these people. Anything you need help with , they there. You can't ask for more attentive, hard working , lovable people than the people at Jeter Therapy Group. I'm glad I came....

If I could give the Jeter Therapy Group negative stars for their utter lack of service, blatant unprofessionalism, and shady business practices, I absolutely would. My experience mirrors the previous one-star reviews—and honestly, even those feel too generous. As an active-duty service member finally taking the step to seek physical therapy for an injury, I went through the proper channels and was assigned to Jeter Therapy Group back in July. I completed their absurd number of patient intake forms with all of my personal and insurance information. And then? Absolute silence. No follow-up. No appointment. Nothing. I called. I texted. I emailed. They never responded—not once. Eventually I moved on in early November and found a new provider. But on 14 November, the Jeter Therapy Group had the audacity to leave me a voicemail "requesting to verify my health insurance" and a call back. Mind you, they never provided health care services. Trying to charge insurance without providing care is not just unprofessional—it’s unethical. It’s predatory. And it’s exactly the kind of behavior that people in need of medical services should never have to deal with. I do not support negligent, shady, or unethical businesses, especially those willing to take advantage of patients—let alone service members seeking care. Avoid the Jeter Therapy Group like the plague. They are not Better Business Bureau Accredited (BBB) (Check for yourself) and there are far better providers out there who will treat you like a human being instead of a billing opportunity.

My daughter was evaluated in April of this year and we were told that someone would call us to schedule an appointment WITHIN THE WEEK. Said week came and went and I decided I would be chill and give them an extra week in case they were really busy. Things happen. That week came and went. I called the following week asking about scheduling and was told they were shortstaffed but were hiring a whole bunch of new therapists and would be in touch in June to schedule an appointment. JUNE CAME AND JUNE WENT. JULY CAME AND WENT. It is now August and I have heard nothing. Except that they are still requesting authorization from my insurance to treat my daughter--through a letter from my insurance letting me know that they are still authorized to treat my daughter--WHOM THEY'VE NEVER TREATED, ONLY EVALUATED!

We love Mrs. Dana and her staff!! My daughter loves going to therapy. She has really thrived !

We had an absolute amazing experience, my son was seen at four months for food therapy because we could not get him to eat a bottle. Dana pointed out right away that he had a lip tie and pointed us in the right direction on who could remove it for us. Until we could get it removed she gave us great exercises to help him with feeding and was so easy to reach if we had any questions or concerns. Every appointment was amazing and we were always walking away with great tools and having huge success, we are now five and a half months, have had the tie removed, and eating like a champ all thanks to Dana!

We love Jeter Therapy. They have helped my son tremendously with speech and regulation. I truly feel I have a partnership with them regarding his care and they are always willing to help with anything he needs. They see so many patients, but they don’t let that show. I am so thankful we found them because it’s very clear they truly know how to help.
