Under the care of this agency, my daughter's physical and mental growth improved amazingly. She was very proud of "her" home there. I was relieved to see her happy to leave from a visit because she was anxious to get back to her home and check in with those people. Those who had worked with her when she was in other homes were amazed at her calmness and happiness. I am sure that the agency attempted to follow up and correct the one negative comment I read.
I was almost hit by one of their van drivers because they decided they can go straight from a left turn only lane with no blinker while i was traveling straight from the lane next to them. Then they have the audacity to honk at me at like they weren't the ones who almost caused an accident. Your transporting the elderly. maybe get someone who knows how to drive.
I have found the staff to be abusive and not mindful to the needs of the client. They are paid to help and assist our friends and family members who are living with in their homes and I find that they fall quite short of that.

Residents get good care. Hostile work environment. If you wonder why you are under staffed please consider the attitudes of some of your employees/agency staff. The residents are the only ones who end up losing out when staff chases help away.
