I appreciate Joni’s expertise; however, serious concerns remain regarding inaccuracies in my medical records and improper billing practices. Despite assurances, an $800 balance was sent to collections that should never have existed. Had the PIP been correctly billed as primary, the account would have been fully settled. Update: PIP paid the bill in full in May, yet two months later, Joni Flaherty’s office continues to pursue me for payment, even going so far as to accuse me of keeping the PIP funds for myself. The truth is, her office staff mishandled and lost the payment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone who tolerates such unprofessional and dishonest conduct.

Extremely knowledgeable and the staff treats you as if you had known each other for years......

Joni Flaherty Physical Therapy. I have never had physical therapy before and didn't really expect much, BUT! They have turned my head around and helped me understand how much they do and know. They have been working with me for 3 months now after rotator cuff surgery and every exercise or stretch is designed to help me move to the next step or next type of exercise. I have went home realizing that the exercise they did that very day had already made a positive change in my range of motion. Of course they gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do at home every day. I recommend them 100% and hopefully I never need therapy again, but if I do, I will absolutely go back there. Thank you Lexi and Katelyn for all your help and all you do!!

Joni and her therapists have done a fantastic job for my family after knee and bicep surgeries. They take time with you, and are well versed on all therapy options. We’ve been so pleased.

I can't say enough good things about the care I received here after shoulder surgery. Joni and her staff were with me through my diagnosis, surgery, and rehab. It's a warm and inviting place and they really seem to care about their patients. Five stars!
