They only care about rich white families. My daughter loved her therapist here but the office staff dropped us from her 7:15am weekly appointment after missing two sessions when she was hospitalized with influenza A that turned into pneumonia. I have a feeling it was also because I’m currently on Medicaid because I’m looking for work, so they legally can’t charge us $75 for missing an appointment. Great place if you’re rich and dont mind your kid missing school so they can attend any appointment time they have open that’s convenient for them! Ironic that they’re an organization for children with special needs

Our little one was cared for by Journey after he was born with some mild torticollis. Journey made us feel welcome, treated us and our child with respect and care. They honestly always seemed so happy to work with our little boy. We are grateful for the time we spent with Journey to aid our child's development and I recommend them for your child too.
