Journey To New Beginnings

Front desk scheduled my appointments on an appt card. When I arrived for the appt, I was informed the appointment was not entered into their system. Took 6 weeks to even schedule an appt, so highly inconvenient to drive over, take the day off work just to be told sorry no appt for you today. Therapist seemed professional, front scheduling person not professional.

Got a doctor referral for here and they have yet to call me and set up an appointment.

I have always had a welcoming feeling when I have appointments. Everyone has their days, I have had a few attitudes from the desk.. but I work in customer service and I know what its like on the other side of the desk as well dealing with people and its not always pleasant from the incoming either.. and its okay because I too can be tudy..hahaha! but never a bad experience from the front desk to Mattie and Tabitha love them sweet understanding people that really make you feel like what you are dealing with matters and you matter. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to go.

Working with one of their counselors has been a great joy in my life and has helped me process through so much trauma from my history. As someone who works around therapist all day every day, to say I was a critical client is an understatement. From the very beginning, the atmosphere there was amazing. Also getting to spend an hour with medical professional, who actually cared and listen to all of my issues and helped me come up with a plan that I actually felt a part of was just amazing. I’m so grateful that We have a place like this so close to where I live. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Tabitha Arrington is an amazing medical professional. She is warm and understanding. She has never brushed off any of my concerns and provides me with thorough appointments and great communication. I had other providers for the same issues in the past, and never realized, until meeting Tabitha, how poor my services had been.
