My son goes here and im beyond grateful for this location and its people. They’ve been nothing but kind since day 1. My son was diagnosed with level 2 autism, and JBK has guided me through the whole ABA process. I’ve seen improvements in my son’s behavior in as little as 1 month. He’s communicating more, playing with peers, and has even learned his ABCs and a good amount of numbers! (For reference he’s 3, and started with the vocabulary level of a 1 year old). While he still has a long way to go, this is a lot of positive improvement for such a short amount of time. I can’t wait to see how he progresses the longer he’s there :) Biggest shout out to all the techs, Ellie, Emily, and Haley. You guys work so hard and deserve the world. Thank you for all that you do. I am forever thankful ❤️

If you have a child in your life that needs ABA services this place is the absolute best in our area. We have tried a couple of others and they cannot compare to Joybridge. Both were constantly understaffed. Having to wait weeks for services due to continually having to hire someone and wait for them to be “trained” to provide services while still collecting your money. Only for that person to quit and have to do it over again. They love to blow smoke up your butt but can’t provide what they promised. Joybridge has a huge caring staff. Gabe has made great improvements in his behavior and listens much better. Jasper recently joined and he loves it. These people are the real deal.

I am extremely disappointed with the services my grandchild received at JoyBridge Kids. As a child with autism, she needed a supportive and structured environment, but instead, we experienced the complete opposite. Since the new BCBA took over, professionalism and care have gone out the window. She is unfriendly and does not seem to have the children’s best interests at heart. The clinical director allows the center to operate in complete chaos, failing to enforce even the most basic policies, including sick policies that should protect the children and staff. Additionally, the high staff turnover has created an unstable environment, making it impossible for children to build trust with their therapists. We are heartbroken and angry that our grandchild’s behavior regressed while in this program instead of improving. No child should have to suffer due to poor leadership and lack of proper care. I would strongly caution any parent or guardian considering this center. Look elsewhere for quality services that truly prioritize children with autism.

This clinic is fantastic with their new Clinical Director! Since the new Clinical Director joined in October, things have been even better. The BCBAs here are incredibly compassionate and always prioritize the kids' needs. They use assent-based therapy and make learning fun through play. Their preschool and kindergarten readiness programs are amazing for helping kids smoothly transition out of therapy. Highly recommend!

Searched months for the right place and JBK Henderson checked all the boxes. Staff was extremely friendly and you could tell they cared about their work! The clinical director was knowledgeable and accommodating. The kids are their #1 priority and it shows. 10/10 experience overall.

I will be making a complaint. Tommy has completely ignored my child and her needs even though I gave her a video of her having a mental breakdown why are they keeping this director? Maybe getting a new director that actually wants to put kids into therapy would be beneficial especially ones that's been on a wait list for a year and a half that has autism and has behavioral issues but they're not going to be able to get therapy here due to their assessments. Such a joke and then they just string you along thanks tommy. I'll also be making sure to check up on that referral to see if you sent them the video that I gave you of my daughter having an autistic breakdown when she was breaking her bedroom door and basically making noises because she was unable to speak she was so upset it's not normal behavior and you need help with it you told me that this stuff should be approved through insurance especially with the video but you never bothered to probably even send it this is ridiculous and you do not deserve to have that job in that clinic that you have!

Well, unfortunately, our family wasn't able to begin service due to the lack of communication. Just the feeling of being just another number and not even one phone call to give reassurance. So, if you are looking for support and compassion in this difficult process. Please do your homework on these companies that are too busy to call and communicate.
