every time i was on the way back from a pass i would hope the car would crash and i would die so i would never have to go back. mind you i wasn't even that depressed i just hated this place. loved my clinician jen tho she was great

I stayed at Cohannet in 2020, during the challenges of the lockdown. Even in such a difficult time, this facility helped me more than any other place I had been before. The staff truly cared for us, and the treatment I received was life-changing. I even experienced one of the best holidays of my life while there. As a young woman who once didn’t think I would live past 18, I am now in my early 20s, living my best life — and I’ve had the joy of watching many of the girls I was in the program with thrive as well. I will always be grateful to everyone who supported me during one of the most challenging times in my life. I think about the people at Cohannet every single day. This place is a unhygienic inhumane place, the showers are filled with mold, and due to that you have to buy your own shoes and clean this bathrooms yourself. Some staff are horrible taking down the kids in the place to make themselves feel better, along with restraints that are unnecessary and restraints where people who are unqualified are participating. And instead of progressively helping they put kids on reset when they're having hallucinations or problems in general. Some staff are amazing and sweetheart but the place as a whole doesnt help as much as they hurt.

hands down the best place ive been too. they saved my life and gave me a chance no one else wanted to give me. bryan and dwanye were the best admin as well as my old clinician kristen (i was there in 2018 for 7 months)

I went here 2015 or 2016 I think... honestly.. i’m thankful for this program. Changed my life completely.. I loved most of the staff, some staff were not the nicest, but overall it was awesome. It is what you make it. You are most likely going to hate it because all us girls want to go home. But take advantage of everything at this program.. It will change your life for the better.

I was at Cohannet for 9 months. A really great place. The staff are amazing. Amber and Sandra are the best though sorry not sorry.
