Noone is returning calls or answering phones for me for weeks

This office is very unprofessional and has a high turnover rate of therapists, which is a red flag. I went through 2 therapists in 4 months and after the 2nd therapist left the office, I spent over 4 months trying to get them to assign me to another therapist. Every time I would call or ask the front desk in person they'd tell me I need to talk to someone else. My psychiatrist even emailed them twice asking that they assign me one. I ended up seeing a therapist in another office and continued to see my psych, Dr Harris at Judson center. She was filling out FMLA paperwork for accommodations to remain working from home, and one day she decides that I should return to office, against both my physical and mental wellbeing. My therapist agreed that she did not handle this properly and thankfully took over filing out my paperwork for me so that I can remain working from home. I have since left the office and found a new psych. I do NOT recommend going to this office. They also have lost my paperwork before and they do not return calls or messages. A complete lack of accountability.

This is my favorite place in the whole wide world. Im not an Adult and am Almost 13. So I don't know much. But They handle the kids very well. I think the bad reviews are fake and nobody has hurt me at Judsen at all in any way shape or form. Would definitely recommend taking your kids there

This is a great place especially for children

Brought my Grandson with Autism to the Judson Center . After 6 half hour visits they said they couldn’t help him. I don’t know how they could get anywhere with 1/2 hour sessions , which is really only about 20 minutes each, the last 10 min spent scheduling next visit. She suggested I contact another agency. She said perhaps he needed to talk to an ABA. But they are not accepting new patients. We were assigned a new counselor just out of school. She had no social skills her self. Had no idea how to get him engaged in talking. Don’t waste your time here

My Therapist Latosia Logan helped me with a complete 180 in my life. I was able to get myself out of a situation. Without her help. I would’ve been stuck in the same circle.

I've been waiting for year and and three months ago they finally called me asking for my insurance and said I'd be getting a call very soon to get an appointment for my daughter. I haven't heard from them and keep calling and they keep telling me someone new is running the show and she'll be calling me to make an appointment and still nothing. Update: After complaining on multiple websites I finally got a call back just for them to tell me they don't accept my insurance after I called them and asked to make sure bc literally no other place will take my insurance and even a couple months ago when they asked for my information they never said anything about not accepting my insurance anymore. So I basically waisted a over a year waiting for nothing. What kind of people run a business like this... It's absolutely unprofessional and this place shouldn't be operating.

I got the impression that this place was for aba services for autisitic children since my son's coordinator gave me the aba providers listing. I called the Judson Center in warren few weeks ago and spoke to the intake supervisor. I told her I was looking for aba services for my child and she asked questions regarding him. Took down my information and his. She told me there was availability for him there and she would scheduled him for an appointment. A week later before the appointment my son's coordinator called to tell me that that location was full and was only accepting new clients at the Madison Heights location. She never told me any of this on the phone. I was confused and lost because I canceled another aba intake appointment to take my son there.
