Teresa Martinez with Juntos Therapy Services, LLC is my son's Speech Language Pathologist for 2 years now via New Mexico DDWaiver. She has been caring, responsive, professional to my son's needs from day one. And she includes me (Mom and Legal Guardian) in her suggestions and decisions. One of the things I admire and am grateful for is that Teresa is up to date on the latest Technology to assist my son to keep him "growing" and up to date with his environment and people he associates with. My son has improved his communication skills via Teresa's consistant, professional, caring on-going sessions with him.

My daughter Brylee has had Teresa her SLP for over two years and she has been a consistent shining light for us. The services that are provided have made a huge difference in Brylee’s growth and progress over the past years. Thanks for everything you have given Brylee and myself. I feel such gratitude.

This place is awesome for my child's PT needs! Morgan found many innovative ways to engage with my child. Making the therapy feel more like play time than work. They are patient when the kiddo is being extra, which is always great to see! My child is always asking when are we going to see Morgan again. I think we found our go to PT spot!

Very disappointed with this so called facility!! Let’s first start off with scheduling they over lapped our ST and OT appointments so we are trying to get everything into one visit. Which we couldn’t even get a full evaluation. My son was approved less than a month for ST and qualified but I made the wise choice to come here because he also needed OT for another ST to say he doesn't qualify. For her to say yes he can’t pronounce some words and can’t make eye contact but doesn’t qualify and most importantly who is autistic and needs that extra support and help. Help me make sense of that!!! Now I have to go through the whole steps of getting him back in therapy. So save yourself the trouble from scheduling don’t caring about and appreciating your time and your little ones to get the full assessment and adequately and therapist who are under qualified. Very disappointed!!!

This place is awful. Testing is outdated and inaccurate. Staff does not communicate and acts like their time is more important that yours. Go anywhere else to get adequate services for your little one.

Avoid this place at all costs they cherry pick!! I did a google review on Sue the office manager due to her rude behavior and unprofessionalism and my 3 year old was black listed. I called last week asking about availability (I even deleted the google review to give them another chance). I was told by receptionist Samatha there was availability for mornings but she had to confirm the times. I was assured she would call me back on Friday. I never received a call. I called Monday and was told there was no availability. I called again today as an anonymous caller and was told there was availability. I asked Samantha why I was lied to and she said availability just opened. Then why wasnt I notified since I was supposedly on the wait list. I requested to speak to the owner and of course he never called and Sue “office manager” hung up in my face and is deliberately ignoring calls. You’re discriminating against a 3 yr old who has nothing to do with any of this!! I am reporting to Medicaid and inspector of general office!! Save your time people go someone else where they actually treat people with dignity and respect and take accountability for their actions and screw ups!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Juntos Therapy Services! My son, who is autistic, sees Miss Faiza for speech therapy and Mr. Gabe for occupational therapy. The progress he has made since starting with them has been nothing short of amazing. Miss Faiza and Mr. Gabe are both incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping him grow and thrive. The front office staff and the rest of the team are always so welcoming and supportive. It truly feels like a place that cares about each child and their unique needs. We are so grateful for the compassionate and professional care our son receives here. Highly recommend Juntos Therapy Services to any family looking for quality speech and occupational therapy!

We've been to other therapy centers before, but nothing compares to the care we've experienced at Juntos. Every therapist we've worked with has been so kind and knowledgeable. They not only support our son, but also make sure we understand how to help him at home. It feels like a true partnership.
