Just For Kids

Susan Horn, OTR/L did an exhaustive evaluation for my 5 year old and it has shed light on important details of the sensory integration he needs. I was glad when Susan asked for my input for goals only to find out we are so much on the same page! We have 2 hour travel times to meet in person, and she is graciously working with our family's schedule needs. Now that we are in the thick of these sessions I am so glad we settled to work with her professional services - just outstanding!

With her Reiki skills, Susan freed me from chronic knee pain. I also experienced greater range of motion. So, I returned to her when I had an arthritis flare up in my hands, and when I pulled a muscle in my left forearm. Again, she was able to reduce my pain and increase mobility. She is able to induce a deep state of relaxation, making injured and inflamed areas receptive to healing energy. I highly recommend her.

Although we were only able to work with Susan for a brief time due to scheduling challenges (on my end) & insurance, I saw improvement in my child's core strength and confidence.

My daughter has been showing signs of sensory issue progress with Susan Horn and we have started only a month and will have another year or so to go.

Susan did some reiki on me and it was a beautiful experience. i was recently in a car accident and getting the reiki helped to center me and was very healing. Susan knew exactly where the areas were that needed healing and it was a beautiful energy. i would definitely go to susan for reiki in the future. She is knowledgeable snd full of light light light. Susan has a calming energy that creates peacefulness. I loved her mindfulness through story telling and positive affirmations. My child was diagnosed with a neurological disorder and Susan was wonderful at calming her down. The added "pet therapy" spoke to my child as well. Susan is a fabulous alternative to medicines and pills. If you don't know where to turn for help Susan is the answer.

Susan is very knowledgeable and professional. I had realized that my child has some sensory needs, and Susan was able to help me implement some goals and targets for us to work on and how to address different situations that would arise at home. My daughter loved going and working with Susan, and we have seen many improvements thanks to Susan's help.

My daughter has made so much progress in her gross and fine motor skills. Susan has been extremely helpful, kind, fun and professional. I can’t explain in words what it means to have my daughter making progress and learning new skills! Susan is great with kids and I would highly recommend her.
