Disappointed is an understatement. I had been dealing with Alexa for quite some time trying to get my child services. After getting her everything she asked for I was told it would be 15 weeks and I would hear back. 15 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I reached back out and had a Heather reply asking for the same things again. I went out of my way to get what they needed once again and was told it would be another 20 weeks once I got them the info AGAIN and that they were still missing something that could have been asked for the first time 4 months prior instead of being told we were good and waiting. Not even sure why it was required when my child was approved elsewhere without it. Anyways, I am so upset and disappointed especially after I told another agency nevermind because I was going to use Kadiant instead. Now we have nothing and are starting over completely. 1/10 don’t recommend Kadiant after my 5 month battle and experience with them.
