I’ve known the folks at Kaibab Behavioral since their inception. This is the only truly local, founder-led organization of its kind in the area. They provide quality services with heart and integrity. When a family member asked me about behavioral services in the Flagstaff area for their child, this is the place I recommended. Kaibab Behavioral Services I have worked with in so many capacities. I got the opportunity to volunteer with Kaibab during a few of their sessions. Watching the clinicians at work, you could see the dedication and care for the services in which they provide. This is more then a job to them but a passion. A commitment to promote inclusivity, kindness, and love. I now have the privilege to work on their team, working closely with owner Korina. Working with Korina, it's abundantly clear her commitment and desire for working with those in the disabled community. She is constantly advocating for her clients, her staff, and really anyone around her. She is a fierce advocator with a warmth like no other - my personal role-model. What she and her team accomplish at Kaibab is immeasurable.

I’ve worked with Korina at Kaibab for a bit now and I cannot say enough about how helpful the experience has been as a parent of a child with challenging behavior. In the last two years, we’ve worked with countless doctors, therapists, psychiatrists, counselors, specialists, etc., and Korina has definitely been the most personable, warm, kind, and compassionate individual we’ve come across during this stressful journey. Not only is she incredibly easy to talk to (and be vulnerable with!), but she knows her stuff. She is bursting with knowledge and insight and passed that on to me in a very easy to understand and digest way, which I totally appreciate.
