I have known Ruth for almost ten years and her passion for this work was evident from day one. She cares deeply for her clients and the knowledge and skills she brings to support them in their healing and growth speak loudly to her expertise with trauma-informed care. Her ability to help people through unimaginably challenging experiences and feelings is inspiring. My experience with other providers at Kairos Therapy Institute follows suit - it's very clear that they hold their work as therapists to a high standard. The team at Kairos is guided by compassion, the power of human connection, and endless learning. That foundation is essential for effective therapy and for ethical, excellent client care. I've never been able to find an environment where I feel completely at peace with absolutely no judgment. I've had so much trauma in my life, Im an addict, and that is the only way I knew how to cope. This is finally an environment that accepts and provides support and coping skills to finally be healthy, and to truly find my identity again.

This place is a money grab!! They are a scam....be aware...they see you once they tell you they can handle your situation..and they block you... please save yourself the trouble and do not go to this institute! Now that I've seen an actual professional therapist..who also confirmed my suspicion I can say this place is a scam.....my gut told me the day I walked through their doors..I should've known better!!

Kairos changed my life! The professionalism, compassion and connection from the therapists is 2nd to none. Very comfortable setting and so easy to make appointments. I would recommend Kairos in a second. Outstanding!
