Parents and Caregivers, Please Read Before Enrolling! Kaleidoscope Interventions has an alarmingly high turnover rate among RBTs, which directly affects the consistency and quality of care. The skill level of staff varies greatly — some are caring and capable, while others seem undertrained or disengaged. Billing and accounting practices also raise serious concerns, and leadership appears disconnected and ineffective, contributing to constant staff changes and low morale. Despite promising individualized instruction and progress, the actual services delivered fall far short of expectations. Unfortunately, instead of a therapeutic environment where children can truly grow and thrive, this place feels more like an overpriced daycare with a nice façade. Don’t be fooled by appearances — look deeper before trusting them with your loved one’s care.

35 minute “assessment” for $650 with my 5yo autistic son with Apraxia of speech. I was told would be about an hour. Lied to by assessor and principal saying my son did well and would receive follow up next day. 4 days later I’m told my son couldn’t be assessed, scored to low, couldn’t recognize 2 letters of the alphabet but couldn’t be advised what letters, and became aggressive. I requested to review the video of which the school has only produced 11:44 minutes of. During the video I witnessed Valerie Forte flailing speaking loudly with a high pitch while repeating the same thing over and over. This was hard to watch and as someone with an M.S., BCBA I expected more. My son has been evaluated by BCPS at grade level K and has therapy 5x a week. No one has been able to wrap their head around these results. To add insult to injury I was later offered a pre-K spot. I couldn’t trust these people with my son 35 minutes let alone a school day. Reviews posted also consist of equal past and present employees to boost their rating. Don’t be fooled.
