Very unprofessional. My husband had a court order that he was entitled to any information that his daughters mother got about their daughter. Katie Ladd refused to communicate with him, despite both parties lawyers saying he needed to talk to her. She built a friendship with the mother and does not care about the child’s best interest. There is also no way to contact her supervisor which makes this place even more sketchy.
Amazing staff! Well trained! Caring! Helped my child go from being a survivor to a thriver. They are all very busy and booked-up because they help lots of people, but it was worth the wait when we got in. This office has an amazing play therapy room.
Brigette is a beautiful person, inside and out! She cares so deeply about all of her patients and has the most wonderful therapists working in the office with her! I recommend talk therapy to EVERYONE. Kanesville has helped me change my life.
My family has experienced many losses related to relationships, childhood trauma, and addiction.
