Dr Amber is AMAZING. I cannot recommend her enough. Everytime we have session she recognizes my emotions and helps me get through them and process them in healthy and helpful ways. I always feel seen and heard during our sessions, and she never makes me feel bad for feeling my feelings. Not to mention she is an extraordinary individual and so easy to talk to, would definitely recommend others to her.
(ZERO STARS) Dr.Josh has caused me so much depression last year before we fired him as my therapist calling me names and what not. Dr.Josh is also unprofessional wearing only socks and just taunting little kids I personally found out that he doesn't do well with critisim as he would yell at me for even addressing my feelings and the horrible way he treats people. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE THE WHOLE STAFF INCLUDING DR.JOSH IS IMMATURE AND WILL LAUGH IN YOUR CHILD'S FACE
We love Dr. Josh, Dr. Chandra, and all of the staff at Katelyn’s Place. Their services have been life-changing for my child and entire family as a whole. Very grateful for them! Professional, but also authentic and relatable people who truly care about making a difference.
Bad Experience. They will do things behind your back, not professional at all. I would avoid at all cost. Unless you have Autism, they will not treat you with the same level of care for mental health issues. They will give your child someone still in college that does not have the same level of experience working with people that one should in that role. Worst experience I've had in mental health services, Life Spring was even better... They also do not take criticism well. I brought something to Josh's attention and was shocked at the lack of compassion in his response. I'm reporting my issues to the states licensing board, something I've never had to do in my life!
My son Cody sees Dr. Josh. I truly don’t know where our family would be without his therapy. It has helped Cody to open up and express himself. He also helps parents to learn how to deal with their children’s behavior, or any need. We have a long way to go, but thank God for Dr. Josh and his wife Emily for what they do for our children. Also all of the Drs and Aides that are there.
