KatieBug Therapy

Inconsiderate. Therapy sessions are not cheap. And instead of getting help from a professional, I had a student practice on my baby. I understand the importance of training new professionals, but not the full session. Moreover, they didn't even ask me if I was ok with the student putting hands on my baby. Furthermore, they didn't care when they were exercising my baby on a cold dirty mat on the floor in the cold big gym ( cos the blanket moved). I had to mention to them to please put my baby back on the blanket! They don't care. For them is play time with a cute baby. Also, I didn't see any improvement in my baby's health. Definitely not coming back. Will go to a professional that truly cares.

KatieBug is a fabulous place that brings so much joy to our family (especially our son!) Ms. Kim our Speech Therapist is engaging, kind, fun, motivating, understanding and so caring! Kim has helped us create a care plan that works for us! Ms.Chris is also wonderful and welcomes us every week with a smile :) Thank You KatieBug!!

Every speech therapist I have worked with has been incredible. They have great experience and genuinely love working with kids.

Katiebug is a wonderful place! We switched our son to them after using a different speech therapy company prior and have absolutely no regrets with our switch. They have been so kind and willing to work with us. We are extremely grateful. We recently started our son with occupational therapy and that’s been going great as well.

We’ve been taking our daughter to KatieBug for feeding therapy since Spring of 2023. When she started, she did not chew and was eating only puréed foods. Fast forward one year - she is now chewing her foods and drinking from open face cups! We’re incredibly grateful for the therapists and staff at KatieBug! We also started bringing our son for Occupational therapy and Speech since our experience has been so great here.

We have been coming here for about 6 months and my son is doing so well!! The assessment was very thorough and everyone is so kind and the whole facility is extremely clean. So glad we found Katie bug and thankful for the improvements in my son's speech, feeding and pt 🙌

KatieBug is incredible! We go there for speech and OT. Both experiences have been amazing. They truly go above and beyond to help figure out what my child needs. Both therapists are incredibly skilled and are able to meet him where he is. I’ve also had several very informative conversations with other members of the team to look at the big picture. I have cried happy tears more than once. Highly recommend.
