I have been seeing Kendra regularly for the past five months, and I can't say enough good things about her. While being extremely kind, compassionate, and patient, she has been tremendous support for me throughout my therapy journey. She has given me hope during some of my darkest moments while helping me to find strength and resilience that I didn't know I had. She's very skilled at showing you the light amidst darkness, but it is ultimately up to us to take the torch she offers and run with it on our own. Things started off okay with this therapist. However, we came to the conclusion that she wasn't a fit for our family's needs. When we decided to end therapy services with her, she took it personal and claimed she couldn't charge the last session to our insurance and made me pay it cash instead. She was insensitive handled the matter very unprofessionally.
