Having therapy in our home has made such a difference for my son. Our BCBA is incredibly knowledgeable and always available when we need her — you can really tell she knows her stuff and cares about his progress. I also love that his RBT can work with him not only at home but out in public places, so he’s learning how to socialize and use his skills in real-life situations instead of just in a clinic setting. It’s so much more natural and meaningful for him. Another thing I appreciate is that I get to be present during sessions. I can actually see what he’s learning and continue to work on those same goals with him outside of therapy. The support, flexibility, and personal approach have been amazing — we’ve seen so much growth!
Key Autism Services is making a great impact on the challenges associated with Autism and the effects of walking through that in the home setting and the school setting by problem solving issues, using positive reinforcement to complete goals that are clearly stated between the therapists and yourself as the parent. The therapists we have been in close contact with during this time Brenna and Amelia have been knowledgeable and strategic in the assessments and answers as a key to unlocking the solutions to problems that arise from the challenges associated with Autism and its effect on the child, parent, and other family and friends in the home and classroom. I definitely would recommend this program as I have experienced a definite and positive change in my son and that gives me hope for a brighter future even with his diagnosis.
