We have had a wonderful experience with Key Connections. Very responsive and wonderful staff. Our BCBA has remained the same which I feel is very important. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and shows the same enthusiasm as we do when our son achieves something new. Turn overs with BT’s are high with most companies. For the most part ours have stayed consistent which speaks highly for the company. My son has done wonderful with Key Connections and cannot wait for their new center to open!
