Since I could not respond, be more specific. My child has been to only other daycare. Please provide proof before making false statements. Yes, we are speaking of the same child but it is from me and his Grandmother which we both had horrible experiences involving him here. We were both impacted differently. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that it’s about the same child. Don’t speak false facts about my child! Thank you!

Key Pieces has untrained staff and an elites personality complex by their entire management. They didn’t take any of our concerns seriously. Management come off with an attitude that we need them, they don’t need us. This is because there is a shortage of schools in our area for special needs children. In our area most of the sites have up to a year waiting list. They are mostly concerned about receiving money through insurance. When we began to complain about him not being able to take a nap, and he was extremely tired. We were told the only way this could happen and they continue to be paid is they would have to circumvent the rules which I knew this was strictly prohibited. Key Pieces is not a genuine caring place for children. I would NOT trust my child with dishonest people who smile in your face but allow your child to be harmed. I would not trust them with your most precious asset (your child). In addition, their teaching style is ineffective and does not promote many of the mandatory skills a special needs child should obtain. We are blessed , that after leaving Key Pieces we found a wonderful caring place that put children over profits. Idecide to send your child to Key Pieces watch your child daily. If anyone would like to talk with me regarding Key Pieces feel free to reach out to me. It’s too important and we must protect the most vulnerable in our community from places such as Key pieces.

First of all, I want to start by saying how extremely insensitive Key Pieces staff members are. My son attended here for about 8 months. We loved them for the first couple of months and then the incidents started occurring. One or two incidents a month. A lot of times I was not notified of these incidents until he was picked or I was never notified. The last incident where I drew the line is when my son was sent home limping and crying every time he walked. I was not notified of anything happening to him. When I got home, I let them know what was going on while on my way to the emergency room . Apparently, one of their therapist “failed” to report this incident where they said he had fallen. My son couldn’t walk for 2 days straight. We received no apology, just dismissal of services because I confronted them in the best way possible. I was never combative. The only reason our detective couldn’t get footage is because they intentionally waited until they knew it would disappear after 30 days. I will always stand up for my son since he can not do so himself. When working in a setting with children and something happens in your care, there should be an incident report for every incident especially one that leaves a mark. I have plenty of paperwork proving they did not follow this protocol. I am still in fact seeking justice for my son. It is my job to make sure he gets that even though he is thriving now in another great facility that we couldn’t be more thankful for. He has come such a long way. I would just say be careful on putting your child here and make sure to pay attention to your child but I wish the best to you all. ☺️

Key Pieces Therapy has been such a gift. From the very first session, I felt genuinely seen, heard, and supported. The therapists here have an incredible ability to connect the dots between thoughts, emotions, and real-life patterns in a way that feels empowering—not overwhelming. What really sets Key Pieces Therapy apart is how practical and compassionate their approach is. Every session leaves me with clarity, insight, and tools I can actually use in daily life. It’s not just talk—it’s meaningful progress. The environment is welcoming, safe, and judgment-free, and the care feels deeply personalized rather than one-size-fits-all. If you’re looking for therapy that helps you understand yourself better, heal with intention, and move forward with confidence, I can’t recommend Key Pieces Therapy highly enough.

At the beginning we were so excited for my grandson to receive the Aba theraphy he needed. It wasn’t long when we began to regret our decision of allowing him to attend Key Pieces. First of all there is an enormous rate of turnover with the technicians. Therefore, it’s difficult for the special needs child to become comfortable with anyone. In addition many of them were poorly trained. In the time my grandson attended for 8 months he had 9 injuries. Which included the technician allowing him to slam his fingers in the bathroom door, Allowing him to fall off the toilet and receive a large bump on his head. When we asked for footage of the serious incident they cancelled our contract immediately and would not supply us with footage. We went to the Bossier police and the detective gave them a warrant to produce the footage. They stalled and sent them to their legal department and then told the police it was no longer available. Our child regressed after this because in the area there are no available ABA’s they all have waiting lists. This severely hurt our child. We eventually found a wonderful ABA center that has experienced technicians with a desire to help kids. Stay away from Key Pieces in our opinion they have a horrible untrained staff from the owners on down. Key Pieces was a horrible experience.
