I highly recommend Keystone ABA! From my first interaction, to my last, every staff member was empathetic, patient, respectful and helpful. The education of all team members is spectacular. The director truly understands what it means to have an educated and professional staff. My child attended for over a year and there was never a day I questioned the care she received. I truly knew my child was safe, loved, and getting the best education and therapy at Keystone.
Let’s start with how they rarely answer the phone . I honestly wish people knew how to be more accommodating and respectful empathetic . Every kid with autism is different and it’s a lot for a parent to carry
Our experience with Keystone has been awesome. My son started going to the center when he was about 3.5. He's still there and loves it. It takes a lot for a parent to drop off their child in a new and different environment. But Jessica and Bri were amazing at welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable with the entire experience. My son loves going and runs in and has a great time. This is a long journey we are on with out kids and Meystone has been very supportive. They have also helped with our sons school transition as well. They are willing to answer any questions and share their experiences. I am very happy we found Keystone!
Sons loves it there. When he would go to day care he would cry. When going here he is excited
Jessica and her team at Keystone are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone! They are all so patient and kind and very knowledgeable about autism and ABA. We were looking at different options for ABA therapy when we moved to Pittsburgh and we are so happy to have found Keystone. Our daughter got along so well with everyone who works there and it was a truly enriching experience for her. I liked that all of her therapy was done in their center, rather than a mix of home and center like we had done in the past at other places. She responded well to being in a school-like environment and now that she has moved on to school, she is thriving. They really got to know her so well and she genuinely enjoyed going there every day!
