Kiddos clubhouse has been a game changer for us! The staff and OT therapists are so caring and skillful and adept at their professions and gifted at working with kids. Highly recommend!

We have had a phenomenal experience with Kiddos' Clubhouse - Perimeter. Tiana Bennett is an absolute JOY! She has been such guiding light for both me and my daughter. My 4 year old was barely verbal when she started with Tiana at 3. After almost a year with Tiana, I have seen a complete 180 turn around with my little one. Her language skills have skyrocketed. Tiana's advocacy has also gone beyond speech therapy. She consulted with and referred my daughter Emily Cyr, who is now my daughter's occupation therapist. OT with Emily has helped her tremendously. Like Tiana, Emily does a great job of holding my daughter accountable with a very patient and gentle approach. We have only been with Emily a short time, however her impact has been huge. My 5 year old has been also receiving occupational therapy with Erica Chaliff. Erica has a very sweet personality and has helped my daughter reach tremendous milestones. She challenges her and celebrates her accomplishments. Erica does a great job of making us all feel like we are in this together, as a team. Both my children have interacted with several providers within their office and each experience has been great.

This place is great! Chai is the BEST and cares about her patients so much! I see such a difference from working with her and would recommend her to anyone I know. Convenient location too.

Unfortunately, contrary to many of the reviews(which I’m not sure are all real) the company has the worst customer service I’ve encountered in therapy. The front office representative seems bothered if you approach her with a question. The last straw was when the OT therapist Chai decided to discuss information regarding my son’s diagnosis in the lobby because she was voicing her opinion about another therapist my son was seeing. I’ve seen other therapist there that may not have the same intentions but we worked with OT therapist Chai and feeding/speech therapist Megan. I saw no progress until we left literally. I guess dragging therapy out for insurance purposes is more important. I told the feeding therapist my child took a very long time eating and she decided to work on expanding his diet which wasn’t helpful at all but counterproductive. I felt like I was dealing with college students. Another therapist told me what I’ve implemented at home will work better than Kiddos’s drawn out plan, which was true. DH therapy was the best OT therapy we’ve had and unfortunately our therapist moved so we thought Kiddos was going to be good based on the reviews but quite the opposite. Also, I sent a concerning email to the office 11/22 and it’s now 12/5 with no response. This behavior furthers my point that the company doesn’t really care about the children and parents concerns. If you see a response here it’s for marketing, they don’t care about kids and parents.

This place is wonderful. I have a 5 year old daughter with Autism and she is also nonverbal. We started at kiddos this past February. We got a late start and it’s been really rough and stressful trying to find good help, especially not knowing much about autism at the time. With that being said… I have to start with Alicia Mathews (OT teacher)! She is such an amazing person. She is my absolute favorite person here. I love watching her with my daughter. All the kids love her. The kids learn and have so much fun with her. It brings tears to my eyes to see how much every child who has her, loves her like a family member. I know my daughter waits and looks forward to seeing her. Alicia is everything you could ever want in any type of teacher/person who you are trusting with your child. She’s loving, understanding, patient and so so much more. Alicia not only takes outstanding care of your child but she also makes the parent feel heard and understood too. She’s extremely genuine. I don’t know what we would do without her. If you get Alicia, you hit the jackpot. Alicia goes above and beyond for your child. She can’t even help it because it’s just who she is. That’s what a parent wants to see and feel when you see your child walk away with someone you’re trusting . I could go on and on about her… thank you kiddos clubhouse for having her on your team. Megan (speech) is definitely the best speech teacher at kiddos, hands down. I’ve had my eye on her for a while, and Megan is very genuine, kind, and understanding and really great with all the kids. You can just tell that her heart is really in it to helping children learn and communicate. She doesn’t get frustrated if your child is having hard time because she understands why the child is having hard time. She respects your child and You can just tell that Megan knows exactly what she is doing. She actually builds a trusting relationship with your child and the parent. My daughter just switched to Megan recently and I already see a huge difference and improvement in my daughter’s mood. Overall I can just see how much better my daughter is doing with her. I wouldn’t be surprised if my daughter started talking soon. We are so much happier with Megan and so thankful for her. Megan isn’t afraid to try new stuff either. We are definitely excited to continue this journey with her. She’s amazing! Kiddo’s nailed it with her too. Erica (OT teacher) is wonderful and really good with the kids, you can tell that she really loves what she does and wants to make difference and we can see that. Shes a wonderful new addition to kiddos! I can’t wait to see what else my daughter learns from her. Honestly from what I’ve seen and observed, all the Occupational Therapy (OT) teachers are amazing. You’re in great hands with any of them. Alicia is just my favorite ♾️🌈
