Services were terrible , If I could give no stars I Would . We were given a new RBT fresh from an internship who had never worked with stimming kids before. She continuously left early , called out , wore earplugs as if our son was irritating her and from time to time would make disrespectful comments about our child , although this was her job. When trying to schedule a new RBT we kept getting the run around , they have a few people , they will call us back , etc. They Do not take kids as serious as they should here and honestly I don’t think anyone should use this company for their kids. They are either understaffed but definitely under qualified and not trained to work with kids to get results . I’m glad I requested services at home so I can see how they actually work oppose to at a school and never knowing . I would not recommend this company at all if you want help for your kids .
