Kids Get Social

Kids Get Social is amazing! We have worked with Christie (the owner) for several years. Christie is incredibly neuro-affirming and amazing at supporting kids around regulation and pragmatics. There has never been a moment too tricky or challenging. She is also great at supporting our work as parents. We HIGHLY recommend her!

So thankful for KGS and team. My son loves it there and their work has helped him a great deal. Christie and her staff are just amazing with kids in terms of understanding them, engaging them, etc. Weekly group is great; we have also done some check in calls that have helped manage behaviors at times. Can’t say enough.

Christie has been wonderful with my 2e (autistic PDA/gifted) kid. She is knowledgeable about PDA and adapts her therapeutic approach accordingly so that my child can access therapy. She has gained my child’s trust (no small feat!) and made therapy a positive experience for us.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Kids Get Social! My kiddo was always perfectly content playing solo, rarely showing interest in interacting with other children. Christie has a truly special gift. She creates a warm, welcoming space where kids feel safe, accepted, and free to be themselves. In less than a year, my little one has made huge progress—learning how to pay attention to peers, and engage in play in his own way. I’ve seen growth in his confidence and willingness to interact with his peers. If you’re looking for a place where your child can build meaningful social skills in a supportive and nurturing environment, I can’t recommend Kids Get Social enough. We are so grateful for Christie and all she does!

We cannot say enough about Kids Get Social!! Christie and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Our son Johnny has Autism Spectrum Disorder and struggles with peer interaction and communication. He has participated in a weekly social group for the past year and it has helped him tremendously with turn taking, sharing ideas, cooperative play and much more. Christie is warm and supportive and incredibly knowledgeable. We cannot recommend KGS highly enough!
