Kids Place Prescott

I’m sure the therapists here are great but I’m reviewing based on my 1 interaction with the front desk. I called and left a voicemail a few weeks ago asking about services for my son, no one called back so I called a couple more times which lead me to voicemail and a message telling me not to leave more than one message, so I go in person and politely ask about how I can get this started since I already had a referral from his primary and told them I had left a message but hadn’t heard anything back yet. The front desk chick took that to her ego and starts telling me with an attitude that I need a referral from my primary, which I told her that’s why I was here, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone about my sons referral so I’m in person asking. Very unprofessional, I highly suggest retraining your people when a family with a baby comes in to advocate for their child. Good luck to this business. If I can’t even get a person on the phone and then I’m given attitude for coming in, what’s the point of your services?

We had taken my son to a couple different therapy centers prior to coming to the Kids place, but never saw the progress that we were anticipating and hoping for. Once my son started coming here, we instantly started to see results and started to see him thrive. He has become great friends with his therapist. He loves coming to therapy And he’s making huge steps, literally, once we started coming here. Me and my husband are forever grateful.

Britney is awesome. knowledgeable and very helpful and teaches home exercises for my son in a manner that's easy for me to understand.

Everyone here is awesome! Very helpful and has helped my daughter immensely improve in speech and her physical skills as well. They treat her like family !

I’ve been a house Painter Of 27 years. Three years ago, I sent a real bad accident at work. I fell headfirst off a 6 foot ladder damaging my spinal cord. Then I met the most amazing therapist ever Casey who changed my life. turn my life around, just a God of an angel. I’m back to myself 85% movement turn my head left right up down. I owe it all to Casey and her professional insurance gave me 11 weeks and they told me if I ever need a tuneup I can come back in and they would fix me up in the whole staff is fantastic. Very blessed find these people oh how great I feel to Casey for helping me get back to who I am and to what I was thank you thank you thank ☺️🦅 thank you, Casey for helping me get my life back.
