I absolutely love the service provided...all the staff is amazing but Alexia at the front desk is phenomenal as she always tries to find the means to accommodate appointments. Alexia is always transparent about scheduling and works with you to find sessions for the child. My son has made so much progress in the six months that he has received services with Kids S.P.O.T. The therapist Maritza has helped my son make several gains as it relates to being able to expressing himself, following directions, communication, and overall progress in language. I am beyond happy, elated, and overjoyed with the service my son receives

We love Kids Spot Therapy! The feeding therapy team has been amazing with our child — so patient, kind, and creative. Our little one has made huge progress. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Kids S.P.O.T. has been very instrumental in providing physical therapy for my daughter. I have seen improvements in my daughter's strength and it is all because of the therapist that work with her. Her therapists, Kevin and Annie, are awesome and my daughter enjoys going to therapy. Additional, the office staff are very friendly and make sure that parents needs are met. Alexia, specifically, has always helped me promptly and with a smile. She makes me feel so welcome when I walk into the office. Thank you Kids S.P.O.T!!!

My great grandson could not talk and now he’s saying some words. He uses his Augmentative and Alternative Communication and using sign language.

This is such a caring place. They took my child when she needed the most delicate care and build her up.

Absolutely don’t recommend this place at all! They are very rude over the phone, front desk representatives are HORRIBLE. I’ve dealt with 3 therapist & out of the 3 only one has helped my child. His psychical therapist Kevin was great. My son has seen two different feeding therapist and the first one said my child doesn’t eat because he has a behavior issue. Keep in mind my child is only 1 and has NEVER had any behavioral issue and the second therapist just does vibrations with him. A waste of time and energy in my opinion.

My son has been going here for three years now. I have seen this place change so many faces from when he first started until now. My main reason for keeping my son here is because of this one therapist. Her name is Catalina(Cat)for short . She is a speech therapist. She is so great with him. She’s very loving, very caring and it shows in her work . She help’s you out with whatever you need dealing with therapy, great places to take your kids to play and enjoy themselves, great books to teach them how to read, write, learn body parts, about feelings even books that can help the parents with understanding the spectrum. whatever advice you may ask her. She always comes back with great answers. She’s there for support if you need her. When my son first started going to her for speech therapy he wasn’t speaking at all but now at this current moment my sons is able to speak words, sing along with songs, communicate his needs in ways you can understand. She also helps him out with understanding how to use his AAC device. She puts the fun into learning. She makes sure my son understands what he is doing before she moves on to the next task. Cat is more than just a speech therapist she a wonderful most down to earth joyful person I’ve ever met and it’s hard to come across people like her I am very blessed that she is my sons therapist and I thank her for the commitment and consistency it is well appreciated ❤️❤️❤️

This place used to be amazing but now therapists seem to don't really care to give you tips or any information on helping with therapy at home every time we go they say oh he did good not discussing anything.They cancel appointments last minute without any notice whatsoever and they don't stick to one therapists they switch out to about at least 8 that don't have a glue what's going on with my sons case

This place used to be great. Experienced therapists leave and new ones arrive, so it's hard to get a call back lately. My daughter has been going here for years, and I think it's time for a change. The therapists don't even want to talk anymore. They just look at you and tell you. (She did well.) They used to even give you tips on what to do at home. It's not the same place anymore.

I don't recommend this place. Unfortunately my daughter has been here since 3 months old so transferring to a new office would be starting over again. The physical therapy HAS helped my daughter but what I've done at home everyday is what really has improved her condition! The therapist seem over worked and clearly don't have time to simply write notes in patients charts until the end of the day AFTER seeing 10+ patients a day?! That just doesn't make sense. My daughters PT recommended an OT evaluation and we never heard from the OT again about her recommendation! My daughters PT expects her to attend also OT, then was recommending speech - what's next?! Other then a few stretching exercises my daughter is on track or ahead for her age! I don't like they disorganized this office is. I don't like that the therapist was pushy. I don't like that the waiting room looks like it wasn't been swepted or mopped in 2 weeks! If you can take your child elsewhere.
