They called me to make the appointment they never sent me anything else with more information I request Friday appointment somehow they texted me that my appointment was a day before at 3 and they texted me same “day of my appointment” at 3:15
My son sees Mrs. Gina Wright for speech. He’s been with her about 3 months and everything she lets you know she’s working on SHOWS. He’s getting so much better with announcing and trying to get exactly what he’s trying to say out lol. I’m so thankful for her please check her out. It’s a great center everyone is so kind.
I made a new patient appointment a few weeks back but had to cancel. I'm now able to make a new appointment and no one is answering the phone. I have left over 10 voicemails. I see from other reviews that others' calls have also been ignored. What is going on? Is only one person working the front desk? Hire more receptionists this is unacceptable for a care business. Parents need to get their kids proper care and we rely on you to at least answer phones.
***update*** The office manager reached out and apologized for this happening. Visit was booked and it was missed, and they accommodated and re booked the appointment with ease. ******* They don't call back. I received a referral, called them and been waiting for a month now. When you call they don't pick up the phone.
Maybe don't have a receptionist that would rather play with toys and pull curtains on patients. Maybe then you won't have problems getting people into their appointments "on time"
Jasmin the referral specialist stated she could not see my child because they have a secondary insurance that they are not set up to take. But that the do accept my primary. I advised that I would just pay the copay and seek reimbursement and she said no. I asked to see a supervisor who could elaborate more on this and she stated she would call her supervisor on 3 way. This went on for several minutes and she was unable to figure out how to make the transfer to a 3 way. I tried to ask to just speak to the supervisor directly but she kept cutting me off and said she was going to call on speaker phone and did despite me asking her not to. Her supervisor still couldn’t hear me and jasmine continued on about ensuring I am told she was telling the truth. In the end she has to give me her supervisor who blindly defended her without hearing a word and then told me everything jasmine told me was correct by then contradicting what jasmine told me. So idek what the correct information is but the supervisor was also the supervisor at therapeds in another city. That’s where I called supervisor Tasha at. Tasha then gave me the incorrect email for the person over her to make a complaint and I still had to call back to get it. It’s wild that she doesn’t even know her supervisors email. But first she tried to pull her supervisor out of a meeting to handle a complaint call by someone who is not only waitlisted, but being told they can’t be seen at all. I feel this could have waited until she was out. It’s wild to me that the supervisor thought this situation professionally made sense to pull a manager from a meeting …. Personally I feel if the staff needs therapy at reception they can’t help us.
