DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WAIT FOR ANOTHER WAITLIST SOMEWHERE ELSE. CORPORATE ON SITE STAFF HERE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS, SLICK AND CUNNING. BEFORE KNR MOVED IN AND BASICALLY PUSHED OUT THE PREVIOUS OWNER IN THE GUISE OF PARTNERSHIP (ALC) WAS A NICE, PERSONABLE PLACE TO BE. KNR AND ITS STAFF (HIGHER UPS) ARE AWFUL, JUST AWFUL. I WONT GO INTO TOO MUCH DETAIL BUT I WILL SAY THAT MYSELF AND NIKKI WHO WAS MANAGER AT THE TIME HAD A FEW WORDS AND WE FIND OUT THE NEXT WEEK THAT SHE FOREFRONTED THE TERMINATION OF MY SONS ATTENDANCE WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION OR NOTICE TO US. WE HAD BEEN ATTENDING THAT FACILITY FOR 7 YEARS AND RIGHT AFTER KNR TOOK OVER EVERYTHING CHANGED INCLUDING THE ATTITUDES OF THE STAFF. WE GAVE THE PLACE THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 YEARS AND FINALLY MADE A DECISION TO RELOCATE TO ANOTHER FACILITY NOT AFFILIATED WITH KNR. WE CONTINUALLY OVER THE LAST 2 YEARS EXPRESSED OUR CONCERNS WITH THE " NEW" FACILITY ONLY TO BE MET WITH CUNNIMG LIES, FALSE CARE FALSE CONCERN FOR OUR SONS PROGRESS, CONSISTANT SCHEDULE AND BCBA CHANGES WITHOUT CONSULTING US AS THE PARENTS, WHO CHOSE THIS FACILITY, MIND YOU. WE INFORMED THEM A MONTH BEFORE DEPARTURE THAT WE WERE LEAVING ON A SPECIFIC MONTH AND NOT TWO WEEKS AFTER, I HAD AN EXCHANGE OF WORDS WITH NIKKI THAT RESULTED IN HER TAKING THE INIATIVE TO REMOVE OUR SON BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LIKE WHAT I SAID AND OH, APPARENTLY SHE CAN DO THAT SHE CAN JUST KICK A KID OUT OF THE FACILITY FOR ABSOLUTELYNO REASON. . ANYHOW WE SHOW UP THE NEXT WEEK ON SCHEDULE ONLY TO BE TOLD HE WAS DISMESSED FROM SERVICE(KICKED OUT)? THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER TEXTS OR CALLS AND TRYING TO REACH HIGHER CORPORATE ONLY CIRCLED US BACK TO THE SAME WENCHES THAT CHOSE TO IGNORE US. I 100 PERCENT DONT CARE HOW YOU MAY FEEL ABOUT ME BUT TO DO THAT AND IN THAT MANNER TO OUR SON WAS LOW , NIKKI ACTED ON EMOTION SHE HAD NO VALID REASON FOR WHAT SHE DID TO OUR BOY AND HE WAS LEFT WITHOUT ABA SERVICES FOR A MONTH NIKKI ABSOLUTELY DIDNT FOLLOW PROTOCOLS AND WE WERE LEFT PISSED OFF WITH NO REAL EXPLINATION FROM ANYONE. PLEASE READ READ THE REVIEWS FOR COLUMBUS FACILITY, FROM FORMER PARENTS TO FACILITY WORKERS, THE MAJORITY IS NOTHING GOOD TO BE SAID ABOUT KNR, NOTHING. PEOPLE ARE NOT LYING, IF THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, THE REVIEW WOULD BE GOOD. THE FORMER ALC WAS A GREAT PLACE, KNR IS NOT AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN LIKE ALC DID THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE GROWTH OF THE COMPANY! SPARE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE IN DEALING WITH THESE PETTY WOMEN IN THIS PLACE. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU TRUELY CARE ABOUT THEM! GOOGLE, INDEED, GLASSDOOR REVIEWS SAY IT ALL ABOUT THIS PLACE.

Autism Learning Center helped me so much that it makes me so normal person growing from little that I was before and an adult that I am now better. They even helped me learn how to do well in school and how to talk to people and use many words. That's the expirence at ALC This is Muneeb signing off

I placed both of my boys in Autism Learning Center apart of KNR. Both my boys loved the place. They had a positive experience, they were treated well. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us. They came home smiling and talking about all the fun things they did. My some came home with much further enhanced communication and socialization skills and much easier socialized with piers now. The only downside and it's like this a lot of places they needed a lot of notice to take kids on vacation etc. But there were times were my kids got injured or were sick, etc. No problems.

I started ABA paperwork the ALC when a friend recommended them to me back in the summer of 2022. While the company had a good record, they recently underwent some changes, including now being called KNR therapy. If you want your child to get ABA services, do not go with this company--at least not now. We put in documentation for our son to go therapy back in August of 2022; it is now mid-April 2023, and KNR has not scheduled any actual sessions for our son. Instead, they have continued to lead us to believe that we would get services, only to push the deadline over and over. While people were always polite and it is true that ABA is slow, I find KNR's particular approach to be incredibly deceptive. They should not take on new clients, if the cannot meet demand. There are other companies in the area; I recommend starting elsewhere OR wait until KNR gets their house in order.
