Betsy Goodin was very personable and thorough. She spent a good amount of time of time with me, one on one and I felt that I received a personal and specific treatment plan

I had been going to Betsy for awhile but I noticed that I was being double-booked and being seen by students who were not even in college in a PT program. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this and Betsy said she understood; however, the last time I had an appointment with Betsy, she did the same thing and I was left with a student at a local high school who was not even in the room when I was doing my exercises. Clearly Betsy didn't care about me as a patient. I had scheduled a few more appointments with Betsy but I called to cancel them; I explained to the receptionist (Kathy or Katherine) the reason for this and asked her to have Betsy call me, which never happened. Again, KORT PT is just about numbers, not care

I had a severe work injury that tore through my knee. Brianna and the whole team helped me walk again and return to work. It was a long hard process but she helped me get through every hurdle to full recovery. The team is so helpful and knowledgeable. You are in great hands!

I had a wonderful and solid experience at Kort. The staff and environment were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My therapist Ellie, is sharp, skilled, and fun too! She did an amazing job at correcting my issue. She worked wonders with her knowledge and I owe her my now pain free days. She was incredibly effective at addressing all health and injury concerns I had. Highly recommend!
