Good Morning, Yesterday, December 28, 2025, one of your employees who I've never met, Kimberly Stith, came on my social media feed and engaged in cyberbullying regarding my post. She is on my Friend’s List and she is a relative; however, we have never met face to face. As a professional, she is entitled in her opinion; however, her dialogue is extremely concerning because her communication strategy is unethical, to say the least. This is because her profile says she is a Qualified Mental Health professional with your organization. This suggests that she is supposed to be trained to help those with mental health issues; however, her posts indicate that she is the one with mental health issues. It is extremely abnormal for any professional to execute bullying tactics in writing, demonstrating a lack of understanding of acceptable use policies regarding cyberbullying. In addition, it is abnormal for a mental health professional to exhibit behavioral issues while positioned to work with others with mental health issues; the blind cannot lead the blind. This is also concerning because her post indicates that she has trouble managing her emotions. Does she call clients “Demons’, when she say something that she doesn’t like or agree with? Moreover, does she tell clients to go play in traffic, indicating the desire for injury and/or death, demonstrating a lack of appropriate, culturally inclusive rhetoric, based upon her independent and personal biases? I am a former SPED teacher and I know she should know better than to behave like this. In the event that she doesn’t, I highly recommend training, effective immediately. Therefore, I request that you address this issue with this employee because I plan to file a formal complaint with the State Board of Licensing because she was completely out of order; unjustifiably so. This means that your organization will come under scrutiny for something you had nothing to do with. Thank you for your due diligence regarding this matter. Respectfully, Phyllis A.
