Love Lacuna Autisim Services!!! Since starting here my son has improved so much with their help. He loves all the staff there and we do the same. We appreciate them so much for what have done for us, we can not thank them enough.

Within the first week I saw growth in my daughter. She’s a teenager and almost every company we went to treated her as if she was a lost cause because of her age and wouldn’t accept her but this center gave us a chance and they’ve been nothing but amazing to my family. My daughter loves it there and everyone is so kind. I’m not sure how a single company has an amazing full staff of people who truly care about the children, everyone always seems to be on the same page. This company is literally the best thing that’s happened since sliced bread and I hope they continue to thrive!! 💜

My son started ABA at Lacuna in November and just recently graduated. Throughout his time there, his progress was noticeable to us and to anyone who knew him. We are so grateful to the entire staff. From the rbts, Mackie, BCBAs, and the owner Mr. Kyle. They truly cared and did everything to help him achieve his goals. Finding trustworthy people who genuinely care for our kiddos is hard to find, especially in these times. We are very fortunate to have found Lacuna. We had to travel over 100 miles every day and as a mom, my top concern was always to make sure my son was safe and happy. With Lacuna those concerns were put to rest everyday. Lacuna was great about keeping us updated throughout the day and answering any questions we may have. I highly recommend Lacuna Autism! Best decision we have made for our son. We got on board as soon as we heard our insurance was in network with them. The wait was definitely worth it!

Finding good providers is a journey on its own, and we evaluated several before deciding on Lacuna – it was a very carefully weighted decision. We’ve been with them for two years, and the difference they’ve made in our son’s life is incredible. The team at Lacuna is professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to each family they serve. Their RBTs are in a league of their own. It’s hard to find perfect management anywhere, and we had our disagreements too, but what truly made the difference with Lacuna was their ability and willingness to listen. At the end of the day, we shared the same goal: the success of our son. During our time here we've always felt heard and respected, and our child thrived. I highly recommend Lacuna to any family looking for ABA services provided by caring, knowledgeable therapists that will put your kid's success before anything else! We miss you guys a lot!

I was interested for my son to receive ABA therapy here( Lacuna, Las Vegas) but the 2 times we arranged phone appointments , Katie, the Operations Manager did not call me or leave a voicemail. Like, I told her in a email, it's concerning and unprofessional. This action, tells me everything I need to know. This place is not for my son.

The Lacuna team is taking ABA to the next level proving quality, compassionate, fun, and consistent care. This new center is amazing and both it and the North Center are accepting new clients! If you are looking for ABA in the San Antonio area I cannot recommend Lacuna enough!
