As a black woman i experience racism almost every where i go every time i leave my home so for Rachel the tour guide to grab her phone after she asked me to come to the front desk was a red flag for me her phone was already over there unattended but because a black person walks over that she invited now she has to pick up her phone ok no i'm good not leaving my kids here. ps pad the beams before an accident not after.

I was skeptical about starting ABA therapy for my child because I’ve seen a lot of negative stories, but I am so glad I decided to go with Ladder of Success! I absolutely love this place. The staff are incredibly caring, understanding, and truly great with my kiddo. He looks forward to going every single day, and that means so much to me as a parent.

We looked everywhere for somewhere that cares and after months of dead ends, referral issues and schedules 6 months out or more, they helped us as soon as insurance would allow. My son is now happy and fulfilled in a way he wasn't at his previous preschool. Janae is amazing with my son and so very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for all you do!!!!

They’re super committed to helping kids grow and thrive, and it shows. It’s clear they’re doing amazing things for the community, and I’m so glad places like this exist!

I’ve had such a positive experience with Ladder of Success and was incredibly impressed with their program. The brand new facility is welcoming, clean, and well laid out for children with special needs. The staff is highly professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable on all things ABA related. My daughter was immediately comfortable in the environment and connected with the behavior analysts and technicians right away. I had previously toured some of the larger ABA facilities in the area and found that Ladder of Success takes a much more individualized approach, specific to each child in their program. Unfortunately, I couldn't move forward with their services because of unforeseen circumstances on my end, but I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality ABA therapy for their child.
