The staff is amazing, and the facility is beautiful. It is always very clean with lots of activities for the kids.

I live in Florida but needed help for a friend with Autism in MO. They gave me so much time and held my hand to make sure I was being directed in the right way.

I love that this company is locally woman owned and operated and therefore knows the needs of the St. Louis community. The clinic is gorgeous, clean and is able to service many children effectively and comfortably. It has a huge amount of green space for nice weather, perfect for children to move their active bodies. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The company provides continuing education courses to further advance the treatment and high quality care of clients.

Great customer service and really nice staff. They’re welcoming, helpful, and professional. The office is clean, organized, and has a warm atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience and a great impression!

Their therapist (clarity) is amazing with the children. She’s been in our classroom for a while now on a weekly basis, and I love watching her interact with the children . She has Personal Visual aids, Games and lots of patience. It’s been a pleasure having her in our classroom

We had a very frustrating experience with Latitude Therapy. After services for our child were disrupted due to an insurance billing error, we spent countless hours on hold with the insurance company to resolve the issue. While the insurance company confirmed coverage, Latitude Therapy continued to send text messages and implied we could be billed directly, despite our providing all necessary documentation. We found this approach unprofessional, especially as we were repeatedly contacted by an entry-level employee about issues that should have been handled internally by their billing department. It felt like we were being treated as if we were responsible for resolving their administrative problems, despite doing more than was required on our end. Ultimately, we hope they review their communication practices, as this situation created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for our family and potentially violated State and Federal laws on client rights. We trust they can improve and better support clients in the future.
