I dont know what the negative review by Tammy is talking about it's simply not true! Between this place and caravel (the only other place my kid has gone, read my review over at the caravel Persian st address in appleton to know just how horrible that place is!) So with that as my comparison I'll tell you night and day this place is hands down the best! I wish this was the only place my child had attended. Seriously, if you get the opportunity to send your child here, do it! I can't stress how much this is the best opportunity around for your child. (Note about this review: comes from parent of a child with autism (child long-term support* and social security administration**) rated as moderate to severe on the spectrum by child long-term support. *Child long-term support is a division of the department of health and human services for the state of Wisconsin. Wisconsin Child long-term support and the federal social security administration are the only two agencies Wisconsin recognizes with the authority to declare disability status in the state of Wisconsin. **SSA does not do a rating, so it was not included) In conclusion, this facility and its staff have provided more support, and my child has shown more progress here in 2 years than the 4 received elsewhere. It truly amazing how much they obviously care about my child's success. It takes a lot for someone to want to leave a detailed positive review, and they definitely deserve it.

We have two children who attend here on the spectrum one older and one younger. They are so amazing with both children. Everything between treatment plans and day to day situations is so easy to communicate between techs and our caseworker. Sarah has been so amazing and so helpful. I never worry about reaching out to her for suggestions or advice even if it’s a weekend. I do and always will recommend launch to anyone looking. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things.

They are GREAT!!! My child is level 3 they have done WONDERS for my child I can never stop talking about how great they are they go above and beyond what should be expected of them. They are very helpful and will do whatever they can. They actually care about your child.

This was a nice place when it was under previous management. Now they are only capable of handling kids that are higher functioning, or very young. The new leadership has no clue what they're doing.

I love this ABA clinic. The staff here is amazing!! Extremely caring and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful for the progress my son has made in the time he’s been here. Thank you!!!

We love this place! We have seen amazing improvements in our sons behavior since starting here. We can also tell how loved he is by everyone there. He enjoys going to therapy!

Someone Named Elizabeth Hung up on me 3 times . Then pretended like she was no longer there the last time I called but I could hear the back ground . She is very unprofessional and I plan to go up there and report her to upper management.

This place & their staff are awesome!!! They really care about their kiddos. They also work closely with the parents to achieve the greatest outcome for all involved. I see a huge improvement in my granddaughter and thank Launch Therapy for everything they have done for her.
