Very disappointed. I was referred to this location by my aunt for my son who was recently diagnosed. I have filled out intake forms and insurance information. I have been calling for almost 2 weeks now and literally NO ONE has answered or returned any of my phone calls. I have left detailed voicemails, but no response. I call multiple times every single day because my son needs Aba therapy, however this is so unprofessional. This may be a great place for the children but they lack professionalism. I spoke to someone one about a month ago and no one since.

THIS IS A LONG ONE BUT WORTH IT!! My son has been going to LEAP for 3.5 months and I literally have NOTHING but AMAZING this to say so let's start at the beginning. I started as soon my son was diagnosed at 18 months. I toured countless schools and ABA centers! I was on EVERY WAITING LIST you could think of! All I can say is being persistent and consistent GOES A LONG WAY! I didn't know where my baby was on the list, but I made the move to Duncanville on faith and I sent plenty of emails, made tons of phone calls, and BOOM we finally got the email and call for his orientation! Everything was explained in detail! All of my questions were answered with confidence! Fast forward to June 2024: MY BABY HAS SO MANY IMPROVEMENTS! We are actively potty training when in March he wouldn't even sit down! We are pointing and being much more persistent with our signing! He eats like a big boy at the table and even enjoys sharing at times! The STAFF ARE AMAZING! You are ALWAYS greeted with a smile and I never worry about his safety! If I had to go through the process again, I WOULD! LEAP has changed our lives and I look forward to my baby continuing to navigate this journey with autism and LEAP!!

LEAP ABA is the answer to YEARS of worrying we weren’t doing enough for our daughter who has Autism and Down syndrome. We have known for awhile she needed ABA therapy, but there were no clinics providing full time ABA who took Amerigroup StarKids until now! They have bent over backwards for our girl. She is always happy to go each morning and we are seeing a real improvement in her initiating interactions with us and other kids. The BCBAs/Admin at LEAP are so helpful and the RBTs are great at keeping us posted on our little girl’s day—we get at least one message a day.

We have used Leap ABA services for two years and during that time, have watched our son go from a very cognitively rigid, extremely routine-based, antisocial child with aggressive behavior toward peers to a happy, well-adjusted, smart, charismatic pre-schooler who is completely thriving in a classroom of neurotypical peers, where he is beloved by his teachers and friends alike. Leap ABA has changed the life of our son for the better, and has helped us stay on track as a family since day one. One thing that sets Leap apart is the extremely high caliber of its BCBA, Ann. When Ann conferenced with the headmaster of a school for children with special needs that we were considering for our son, the headmaster later called me and said, "If every BCBA was like Ann, there wouldn't be a need for our school." She brings to bear not only her specialized training as a BCBA, but also years as an educator; she is able to seamlessly blend these two specialties to serve the autistic population better than anyone else in our area.
