Leaps and Beyond

Don’t waste your time, money, energy or emotions on this place. We take our son out of school to come in for hours at a time. We were on a waiting list for a year to come to this run down clinic with rotating staff. No communication whatsoever. We show up and the clinic is closed, or providers called out, and they wouldn’t let us know. I switched insurance companies for work, and they discharged us right after, even though they take the insurance. Then they called me and lied to me directly about our attendance and the reason we were being discharged. Luckily, we have a great attorney and they’ll be hearing from them shortly.

Financially motivated owner. Literally a money making pit with the absolute worst billing practice no consistency, even if you have insurance they seem to be so confused and unprofessional. I regret ever allowing this place into my life and the lives of my children. It has been an absolute nightmare.This is the worst place to send your child, when you are trying to figure out how to help and there is insanely high turnover rate. You may end up with a good tech for a little while but if they’re smart they get out quick then stuck with one after another trying the ropes. Move on, don’t invite them into your life you’ll be sorry.

Also… something is didn’t put in the email is I work at the daycare my son attends, his therapist WALKED out of the session and didn’t even come talk to me before leaving. AGAIN RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I am in the next classroom over and you can’t come talk to me and tell me that you don’t feel comfortable working with my son and that he would do better with someone alittle more experienced? I don’t think we will be returning to any ABA services, especially in-clinic

So we have been clients now for around 6 months and have had nothing but problems. We have been billed for things we should have not. They have requested availability and we have given it to them multiple times and get no response. When we have given them a time frame it has always been "we are working on scheduling" and we are left up in the air. They cannot get our address correct. We have had other clients names transposed onto our paperwork for our child. We have been very patient with them, we have only been waiting since the end of August for services to get squared away and continue to get the run around. To add to this problem, their turnover is so high that the new people who come in to fix it are literally thrown into the fire. This is supposed to be a place to help our child but it has been nothing but a hindrance. They say the squeaky wheel gets the best result, however we have been in contact, and have not gotten a single returned call. When you have a company whose sole purpose is to help children through their problems and they leave them w/o the guidance you are needing help with then it is a really sad thing to see.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. Communication to parents SUCK.. DO NOT let your child(ren) attend services here. Very high turn over in staff as well, not sure why.
