Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
This place emotionally damaged my child and we are still working on the ptsd/anxiety they caused 4 years later.
There is no such thing as a structured program here. I have never seen any therapy going on. It’s essentially an overpriced daycare where they train your child as if they're a dog. This doesn’t get to the root of the problem, your child’s emotions, it only masks it to where your child does whatever command you want because they’ve been taught they get rewarded. As a former employee, these people don’t know what real therapy is. They make it up as they go and hope for a good outcome. This center will not help long term goals, it just hides short term problems.
This a place where our spectrum kiddos can learn how to be their best self. There isn’t any judgement, only love and mindful care here. Through the amazing staff and variety of programs offered, my son has been allowed to be at his worst and still loved, still encouraged, and never told he can’t do something. They provide tough training exercises (mentally /emotionally: through scientific proven therapies) so he can overcome the many hurdles he faces each moment of the day. We can go to the grocery store without meltdowns!! These kiddos have a hard time making friends and understanding “normal” human interactions. The staff is incredibly patient and kind. They are forward thinkers and quick on their feet, responding to the unexpected situations. These kids are brilliant but so misunderstood. Miss Nikki, Clinical Director, and Miss Ali, Clinical Supervisor/Training Coordinator, are amazing at creating custom programs to fit each kiddo’s need. My son needs a mix of behavioral and processing training. It is because of the skillful interactions/training Miss Nikki and her staff have with my son and our family. Ella, his RBT, has sat patiently with me for hours until my son would finally discover he could finish a difficult project. His school work is excelling, his confidence is growing, and we are a better unit than ever. Autism, sensory processing, auditory processing, adhd, all the names and diagnosis : underneath is all is a boy with a big heart who needs love and direction delivered through different tactics than I was used to. I have less breakdown moments as parent. I could go on forever about this company and the people within.
I'm disheartened that this office is discharging my son after being understaffed and still collecting money from insurance even though he was not at the center majority of the time. I know Covid hit alot of places, but over the past 2-3 years, he was probably there 50 times. They called him being unsafe to return and all he had was some behaviors that they are supposed to be trained to address, that's why he was there. Not a good place to be with kids that need that undivided help. The website is all false to in what kind of things they offer. It's more, lets see if this will work. A whole bunch of big talk on platform and little work with the actual people who apparently works there. The beginning was great, but the new transition and staff that are taking over needs more training in knowing what to do. Hope I can find another place that will take there job a little more serious and not give up because it gets rough.
