Totally unprofessional. I had my intake appointment on the 9th which went well. I received a call later to begin therapy on the 11th at 11am. They lost my appointment, they didnt put it in the system. They apologized and rescheduled me for the 12th at 10am which was not convenience for me, but I really needed to start so I accepted. Mind you, these were telehealth appointments. They claim same-day appointments but were unable to reschedule me to a later time on the 11th and on the 12th, they called me 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me my therapist was sick and couldnt see me, offering me absolutely no resolution. They are just playing with people who need help. I have never experienced this many issues just trying to see a therapist and get some help. All they have caused me is more anxiety and frustration.

I'm very happy with Learning to Achieve wellness. They listen to my needs and consider my wants in the direction of my healthcare. Kayla Rodriguez is great!! She is helping me with my medication and her suggestion of a change has worked out better than I could have expected!
