Tonya is an amazing therapist. She doesn’t mind giving you the hard advice that you need to hear, in a way that isn’t brash. She has a way of asking questions for you to see how you can change your thought process to help you through situations you can’t control. I am a different person since working with her through therapy! And I LOVE this new person I am. This is who I’ve always strived to be, and I couldn’t be here without her guidance and help. With me being a hospice nurse, she helps me with the complications of carrying other people’s grief. She gets the healthcare system and all of the things that we encounter. She is able to help me process through those times when something hits a little too close to home. She helps me lay those things down and move forward. I 1000% recommend her to any healthcare worker, first responder, police, firefighter, etc. One hundred stars!! ⭐️
