Absolutely agree with Bridget. We have been unable to access an online workshop from South Africa and are being fobbed off with meaningless responses (and even they have now stopped). This is not an honourable company—clearly they are very keen on collecting money but completely unconcerned with (lack of) service delivery.
this program has no service, they have make it impossible to cancel my membership and they continue to take money from my account.
