When i tell you that this agency has one of the worst service coordinator ever they do, her name is Rachel D'amico & I'm pretty sure I'm not the only parent with the same opinion. She Does Not do her job at all !!. My son maxed out his program this week, which she has not contacted me in monthsssss to update any info on my child. I did everything for him. I found ABA THERAPY FOR HIM. SHE DOWS NOTHINGGGG AT ALL. I REALLY CANT FATHOM HOW THEY HAVE HER WORKING FOR THIS AGENCY. You can thank her for not continuing services with your agency.

Jennifer the speech therapist does not need to work with the public. She has a very bad attitude and is very unprofessional!

My girls has been working with this company for almost 4 years. Their therapist, latrece , is the most amazing person and therapist we have ever asked for . She brings joy , happiness, love in our lives. Especially to my girls . Couldn’t be more grateful with her . My girls have so much love for latrece that she earned that love . With her patience and dedication to teach and help others . Thank you so much for all that you have done for my family and all the love to them. God sent us the right person into our lives ❤️

My daughter has been working with this company for almost 2 years. Our therapist, Joyce, is one of the most amazing human beings and therapist we have ever had. She is such a bright light in our lives. My daughter was 3 months early with a grim diagnosis and we were told she would have paralysis on her right side. I refused to listen, set us up with Early Intervention and we were blessed with Joyce. Our daughter is absolutely NOT dealing with paralysis. Her progress in mind blowing. She is now standing on her own and has started taking steps. It's one thing, for a parent to react with such emotion at every milestone a child reaches, but our therapists through Lees are exactly the same as if Zelda were their child. This company is polite, thorough, timely and so very kind. Preeti, the lovely woman who has helped us, she is an absolute pleasure. We have never had to wait for services and the communication is excellent. I sincerely could not recommend this place any higher. Any negative review, I would like to say it takes not just a company to help a disabled child, but also the parents. This is a team effort. My confidence was so very low when we started, and our therapist went above and beyond to instruct me on how to do things myself. This company has given us resources so that I could further my education regarding my child when we were on our own. They are truly one of the reasons my daughter will walk on her own on day soon. Excellent on every level.

I wish that google has an option of no stars. It makes you wonder how this agency is approved to work with special needs kids. The director and the BCBA are very rude on their emails. The ABA technicians don't even let you know that they would not be coming. Most of the technicians have family commitment and find excuses to skip the therapy session. Most of them have no training to work with the special needs kids. Terrible communication, service and attitude. Please do not approve this agency to serve special needs kids.
