I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional phone interaction I experienced today. When I called to inquire about services, the individual who answered abruptly stated, "I am not the owner" and immediately hung up the phone. This dismissive behavior is unacceptable and leaves a negative impression of the business. Based on this experience, I would not consider using their services or recommending them to others.
