I’ve lived here for about six months. I’ve truly enjoyed it so far. Their maintenance has always been super responsive, even when it’s a small concern that I have.

Overall this a nice place to live. Very quiet and very well taken care of property. We enjoyed the townhome aspect with having places to walk and having a lot of “yard” space. The communication with the management team wasn’t great. There was a lot of non urgent last minute entries into our unit. Anything from last minute NYSEG visits to routine maintenance was usually less than 24 hours notice. With many of these times being morning of notice. Be very cautious if moving out early. They did a lot of unnecessary renovations on our dime (ex. Replacing sliding glass doors) and turn around time was slower than expected. They didn’t tell us the unit was re rented until I reached out first. During the vacancy of the unit while they were working we got a very expensive NYSEG bill which was comparable to when we actually occupied the unit. With the new NYSEG smart meters it showed that the heat was turned up and the lights were left on 24/7… Overall a really nice unit and property is great, but management and maintenance compromised a better rating..

Been living here with my family for almost 14 years now great apartment complex for those who want to live in a calm peaceful environment I highly recommend these apartments for anyone that looking for a apartment to rent. The views are incredible watching sunset and sunrise is just so beautiful I plan to rent my own apartment here one day

My family and I have lived here for about 4 years and have loved it. The townhomes are very well maintained and the neighborhood is very friendly and safe. The property management is extremely nice and professional and handles all requests for maintenance efficiently and promptly. In addition, they are very knowledgeable about the property and the website they use for paying rent and maintenance requests is very nice and user friendly. I have never had to deal with noise or unruly behavior from neighbors. In addition water, sewer, trash, recycling and parking are all included.

I lived here for apx 3 years. Every time there was a storm the windows leaked heavily. We've also had many issues w the breaker tripping, especially if the ac was on. We chose the room on the 2nd floor to be the master bedroom because it had a good view. However, we had temperature control/blackout curtains and it was still super miserable in the summer and dead of winter. I couldn't wait to move due to how insanely hot it got because of the windows in the summer. Just as a heads-up, window units will not fit in these apartments/townhomes windows. Also, if you have a dog, be careful about the grass because they spray pesticides regularly. But great neighbors who are nice and it's not noisy, which is a huge plus. Lastly, spiders and ants are a huge problem for some people here. The major reason we stayed so long was because of the view.

Nice apartment units with interesting layouts. Well updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very quiet area. Well maintained grounds. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems.
