We've had a great experience with Legacy. They offer training backed by lots of actual real world experience and years of practice. They are very knowledgeable of canine behavior. That experience and knowledge along with a secure and clean environment for boarding leaves us confident that our dogs receive great care and attention when they are there for a stay. Highly recommended.

We love Legacy Canine’s care for our dogs. We know that while they are there they will be loved, exercised, well taken care of, and safe.
My husband & I adopted a blue heeler puppy and were in need of some guidance. We recently attended a dog psychology class at Legacy Canine which was very informative and a real eye-opener into the mind of a dog and how they think and what motivates them. They teach you how to handle their behaviors with positive reinforcement, while also implementing a needed "correction" (or consequence) to stop bad behavior from every happening again. After the class we realized most of the problems we were having we were causing ourselves by not knowing how to properly communicate with our dog. We plan to attend some one-on-one training classes for the basics... most important "Recall" which could be lifesaving in some situations. Their boarding facility is the cleanest and most organized we ever seen! John & Molly, the owners both have extensive backgrounds in dog training. They are very personable with their clients, and we are so grateful we found them!
