Let's Talk! Therapy Center

Erika over at the new Southwest location is truly exceptional. As the receptionist, she makes the scheduling process seamless and stress-free. We are new to Let’s Talk and receive occupational therapy, and it has been incredibly refreshing to experience such an organized, smooth, and efficient scheduling process from the very beginning. Erika consistently provides impeccable customer service; always warm, welcoming, and smiling, with an energy that immediately puts you at ease. Her professionalism and positive presence are very much needed in this field, and she makes a meaningful difference in the overall experience. She is an absolute asset to the team.

I can’t say enough great things about this children’s therapy center!! I have brought 2 of my daughters here for physical therapy and have seen lasting results! We are so grateful. The staff is excellent at working with children gently while making it incredibly fun for them! The center is extensive with multiple rooms, toys, jungle gyms, workout equipment, swings, climbing walls and games… all to equip children for a better quality of life! My favorite memory here was when my daughter got to walk back in the center and donate her wheelchair because she no longer needed it!! The staff celebrated with her and made it so special! 🥹

I’m writing to formally express my concerns about the unprofessional service at your front desk. During my recent visit, the front desk staff were openly talking and joking inappropriately while being on their phones, showing a clear lack of attention and professionalism. Despite arriving an hour early for our appointment, we were not acknowledged, nor was our appointment time confirmed. No one communicated how long the wait would be, which added to our frustration. This lack of basic communication and courtesy is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the bathroom is frequently out of service, which is both inconvenient and unsanitary for patients who may have to wait extended periods of time. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of service, especially when there are no other alternatives in the area. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure all patients are treated with the respect and attention they deserve

If I could give them no stars I would. They gave me nothing but hell after I made an issue of my son being in the same pull-up for his entire session. The lady literally passed my son back pissy as hell. After repeating myself I drop my daughter off at 8:40 my sons session starts at 9AM … ohhh that’s fine as long as he is here by 9:15… this place is a joke and it’s not for a individual that is just learning about Autism. Never took the time to explain anything Even when I asked….Nothing just a bunch of this lies and trying to cover they mistakes. This was a horrible experience but I’ve learned a lot from dealing with this place.

Have been bringing my daughter here for over two years now and I can say I am happy The moment she was diagnosed with Autism I felt so lost and came across the center and they were so helpful and understanding that I don’t ever want to take her anywhere else. I feel like they are part of my family, and they are amazing at what they do. I can’t thank them enough. They are so caring and professional. I’m glad there are places like this that care for our kids that are in the spectrum. Thanks a million 😊

The staff at Let’s Talk is so clearly passionate about what they do. My daughter was diagnosed with autism and was barely verbal. Adrienne and Leslie have become a huge part of my child’s life and therefor mine. Adrienne especially has gone above and beyond to understand my child. Her speech and language skills have drastically improved as well as some behavioral issues and we continue with enthusiasm. I was so unhappy with every other place that my insurance referred us to, that I gladly pay out of pocket for my daughter to go here. It’s truly worth every penny because my daughter being able to communicate and grow is most important. I would recommend Let’s Talk to anyone and everyone!
