My name is Hugh M. Suenaga & in the past have considered myself a very high achiever. I have been at the highest Leaderships in my brilliant career bringing Hope, Love, & Inspiration to most all I came in contact. When I first came to Kabai Bills, I had recently died & been revived on the operating table for a Quadruple By-Pass Open Heart Surgery. When I finally did wake up, I was a gasp that all I saw was white, & much of my memory had somehow been erased or abated. Shortly thereafter I was hospitalized for 13 days for an accidental overdose of Opioids which required Narcan to revise me. Again, beyond my 5 extreme T. B. I’s I had suffered in my life, I could feel my memory took another terrible hit while my symptom’s of depression skyrocketed which continues to this day. I am not a difficult patient, but rather a very complicated one as I had previously survived death 8 times through a range of Stage 4 Prostate Cancer to a series of construction accidents. I can say that my treatments at the brilliant mind, heart, & hands of Kabai is a debt that I can never in a new lifetime repay. Kabai has an overwhelming charisma about her that captivated me from the very first moment I met her. She is gentle but firm, & always leads with the truth

I'm leaving a five star review. We've been going to Life Change Associates for a few months to help my daughter manage behavioral issues that led to weight gain. Kebai Bills and Tiffany Bascom are very understanding and have provided medication management and given us suggestions that have greatly helped. For the first time in over two years, my daughter is feeling better about herself and has stopped gaining weight. Highly recommended!

Since the psychiatrist left, I was shuffled off to PA who has been the most dismissive person I have ever encountered. One thing she told me was your 68. Why do you bother with these things? After billing me for a solid two years when I wasn’t able to have my copayment, today they refused service because I didn’t have my copayment with me and discontinued service. I am filing a complaint with the medical board and I would encourage anybody else who’s had a problem with this company to do the same. I do not believe they’re currently supervised by psychiatrist and the do not meet standard of care

Great people, service, and professionals!

Mental health care is so critically important. Dont mess it up by going to the wrong place.... I would certainly rate this as the wrong place. I am not the patient, however, I pay the bills. The services by the provider appeared adequate for the needs, but when it comes to billing and dealing with that process it is the worst. Life Changes was an in network provider, and easy access for is.. which is why they were selected. At some point the insurance was dropped and our bill was increased (we now had to meet the out of network deductible). Life Changes told us that they did not make any changes and that my insurance carrier must have dropped them (I gave them the benefit of the doubt). I spent a long time working with my insurance carrier to identify what happened. They provided confirmation that Life Changes either dropped them or failed to complete needed steps. After multiple attempts (over the course of several months) going back and forth to resolve this with the provider and the insurance carrier, Life Changes stuck us with the bill. I would certainly recommend that you find someplace where not only will your mental health challenges be addressed in an effective way, but also one where the administrative/billing process takes care of you just as effectively. Go elsewhere!
