A lovely center! The RBTs do an amazing job implementing quality ABA services to them clients and the management team, including the BCBAs do a FANTASTIC job communicating with parents regarding client services as well as making EFFECTIVE and LIFE CHANGING decisions for the best interests and outcomes for each client. I have never had an issue with this company and have recommended to many neighbors and friends who are seeking effective and fabulous ABA Therapy to give Life Strategies a go! That have been an absolute God send to my family! They exhibit the utmost professionalism in every aspect of ABA!

5 stars for the RBTs who are the real MVPs of these places. No stars, if it was an option for management. Before choosing Life Strategies, we felt comfortable enrolling because one of our child’s first babysitters worked there. That familiarity made us feel confident that she would be safe and understood. My child attended Life Strategies for eight months. In the beginning, ABA truly helped reduce her eloping and several challenging behaviors, and we were grateful for that early progress. Trust is the most important factor when allowing someone the privilege of being with your child unsupervised, and unfortunately, that trust was ultimately broken. If you’re considering ABA at Life Strategies, here are some things you should know: 1. Full-time pressure & scheduling instability LS heavily pushes full-time and makes it feel impossible to do half days or part-time, even though they can—our BCBA only admitted it was possible once the school joined the meeting. Consistency with RBTs is also poor, and communication is limited to quick two-minute pickups because staff risk being written up for saying too much. 2.Lack of transparency & poor communication When issues came up, management rarely gave straightforward answers—just generic HR responses. In July our child had shifted drastically. She was hit once, which we understood can happen in ABA, but after a second incident in August she was scared to even enter the center. When we simply asked if it was the same child—not for any identifying info, just a yes or no—the BCBA hid behind “HIPAA” and had no plan to prevent it from happening again until we suggested separating them. The very next day, two of our child’s longest, favorite RBTs were suddenly removed from her schedule with no real explanation. We were given a vague list of possible reasons and a disclaimer that the change wasn’t for “any other reason than the reasons listed.” They then claimed too much consistency can cause problems. There was no transition plan or support for our child, which made the situation even harder for her. At the end of September, we found out—only because we asked—that our child had been kept off the playground for three weeks after a meltdown, with zero communication from the BCBA. A short consequence is understandable, but three weeks is excessive and not aligned with ABA’s goal of helping kids work through behaviors. 3.BCBAs repeatedly made negative comments about my child in front of her, including saying she wasn’t ready for school. She’s verbal and understood every word, yet nothing was ever discussed with us directly. This behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, and deeply damaging. Conclusion Life Strategies seems fine during the honeymoon phase. But once you start asking valid questions or advocating for your child, management becomes defensive and dismissive. Professionalism is inconsistent, communication is lacking, and transparency is treated like a threat. We ultimately pulled our child out because they lost our trust—something no amount of progress can compensate for. Fortunately, she is now thriving in school with none of the issues LS claimed she would have.

Very disappointed with how they handled my therapists last few weeks. Now I can't even find a new one because there's a waiting list or they are not accepting new patients. Not to mention they're behind on billing like that's our parents fault. This could have been handled better and they SHOULD have made sure their clients were able to find someone else.

We've been going there for almost a a year and our therapist gave us a few weeks notice as she had found another job. Went to our appointment today to find out she no longer works there and they have no other therapists available. I can only assume they fired her for moving on. We've had several issues with the front desk and appointments. Very unprofessional and I'd take my business elsewhere.

Our son has been attending Life Strategies since June of 2020. The progress he has made is astounding! I can't say enough about the staff, they are all beyond wonderful. The care and love they show to each child is so uplifting. Absolutely an amazing place. Thank you Life Strategies!!!!
